Meet Kris Hallbom

Kris Hallbom is the co-founder of WealthyMind™ International, co-director of the NLP and Coaching Institute, and co-creator of The WealthyMind™ Program.

Recognized for her ability to translate complex ideas into practical skills, and for her warm, approachable style, Kris has trained and coached clients throughout Europe, South America, Australia, and the United States including International Teaching Seminars (London), Universal Events (Sydney), NLP Comprehensive (Denver), NLP Training Concepts, (Dallas), Hellenic Institute (Athens), CMPNL (Guadalajara), Choices (Seattle), Success Enterprises (Omaha), and many others. She is also a contributing author to the best-selling book, Alternative Medicine—The Definitive Guide (1994).

Kris has always had an innate passion for helping people achieve their goals and dreams. She has spent the past two decades exploring the principles of self organizing systems, NLP, and spirituality as they relate to the human mind, wealth manifestation, and behavioral patterns of success. Kris began studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 1987 while obtaining her degree in Psychology and Languages, and went on become a Certified NLP Trainer.

Kris also served as the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for Anchor Point Associates, an internationally recognized NLP training organization, from 1988 through 1996. During this time, she played an integral role in making the general public aware of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming, as well as increasing student enrollment at the Institute. She did this by developing and implementing marketing strategies that involved a worldwide dissemination of information through various educational mediums such as brochures, catalogs, news
releases, fliers, postcards, letters, magazines and free seminars for the general public.

In 1996 Kris took her passion for helping others evolve themselves to a whole new level, by starting her own coaching and consulting company, which she called Personal Performance Consulting (PPC). The primary objective of her company was to provide high quality life coaching and business consulting, helping individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals. She did this by using a variety of motivational processes and assessment tools that she developed over two decades of intensive study. Through her ongoing research, she went on to develop the "Universal Cycles of Change" model, which has been incorporated into the internationally renowned NLP Coach Certification Training offered by The NLP and Coaching Institute of California.

In 1999 Kris moved to Northern California with her husband Tim, to run and operate the NLP & Coaching Institute, as well as the Academy for Coaching & NLP. Since then, her primary focus has been on providing practical skill based trainings to the general public, and life coaching to individuals. In July of 2000, Kris and Tim co-founded WealthyMind™ International, which offers the highly acclaimed WealthyMind™ Program in many places throughout the world.
